All purchases — including clothing items and illustration prints — are final sale. Once payment has been submitted and confirmed, I do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.
I encourage you to review all product details and imagery carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please reach out to me before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, I am no longer responsible for what happens during transit. This includes lost packages, delayed deliveries, damaged shipments, incorrect delivery by the carrier, or any other mailing mishaps that occur outside of my control.
Every order is shipped with a tracking code, which will be provided to you once your package has been sent. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your shipment at any time.
In the event of a shipping issue, I recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. I am happy to assist where I can, but cannot be held liable for carrier errors or postal delays.

In certain situations, I may consider an exchange — for example, swapping one item for a different item of equal value. This is handled entirely at my discretion and is not guaranteed.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order, before it has been shipped. Exchange requests made after dispatch will not be considered. Any approved exchange is a courtesy, not an obligation.
